How does it work?

The first step is to register and book which webinar you want to attend.  We will send you periodic reminders.  On the day of the event you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to connect.

The presentations are converted into videos which you can watch later as many times as you wish.
You will be able to listen to various topics that interest you about franchising and see available opportunities.  You can also network online with the franchise community.

The Franchise Indaba Virtual Webinar takes place on 1st November at 9am with the first webinar and will finish 6 hours later.

If you cannot make a session, don’t worry because the recordings are posted the same day and you won’t miss a thing. You’ll have access to all the recorded presentations for 3 months from your date of purchase.

You can also purchase a ticket to attend the Franchise Indaba Exp0 on 6 and 7 March 2020 at Nasrec, Gauteng to personally meet the franchise owners and network with funders and other specialists,  This ticket also provides you with an individual membership of the Association for 3 months and you can attend the Franchise Indaba Virtual Webinar on 1st November 2019.

Who can attend and how do I register?
The first 100 people to register will be given free access to attend the Franchise Indaba Virtual Webinar.


Will I get a recording?
Presentations will be recorded and those who have bought a March 2020 Franchise Indaba ticket or registered for Individual membership will be given access to the recordings for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Where is the event located?
At your home or office. This is an online event, there is no physical venue, you’ll have no travel expenses.

How long are the presentations?
Each presentation is 20 minutes.


How do I watch the live webinars?
You will receive an email with instructions on how to log in and access each webinar presentation.


How do I watch the playbacks of webinars?
If you joined as an Individual Member or purchased a Franchise Indaba Expo ticket, you simply log in to the membership portal. There you will find streaming videos you can playback from a desktop or mobile device.
